We encourage prospective clients to inquire about us by calling our references and checking our history. We mange properties for companies and people from all over the world. KPM is a "Complete Management Service" company. We take away all the hassels associated with renting including: the collection of rent, all maintenance and repairs to services dealing with The Landlord and Tenants Act (1998) (pertaining to landlords only).

Service Fees

• Our service fees include a percentage of the monthly rent collected and an initial fee for renting the apartment. We will rent the apartment for free if it becomes vacant after 5 months.

• We perform all necessary background and credit checks plus screen prospective tenants to protect your investment.
• A detailed monthly statement is prepared documenting all monies received from the tenants as well as all monthly expenses.   All monies are collected and deposited in your bank account before the 15th or each month.
• We are capable of handling all home repairs, maintenance and emergencies as needed due to maintenance and contracting employees.
• We will provide a copy of our  Worker's Compensation Agreement and a General Liability Insurance, for the homeowner's protection, if requested.
